Matt McLean holds an MSc in High Performance Coaching and has over seven years of experience at Bishop’s University, where he was a two-time RSEQ champion and a first-team all-star as a player. He also gained international experience coaching at the Spanish Basketball Academy. As the founder of Lennoxville Prep, Matt is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential.

Coach Dj Ngom is a distinguished graduate of Bishops University with a Degree in Sports Management. He has been Head Coaching our program since 2022 and is also the Lead Assistant for Bishop’s University Men’s Basketball. Coach Dj also coaches at the professional level with the Montreal Alliance during the Off Season. With a forward-thinking approach, a commitment to player development, and a proven track record of success, Djibril Ngom is poised to leave an indelible mark on the world of basketball coaching.

Coach Lyph serves as the Assistant and Movement Coach for Lennoxville Prep, leveraging extensive experience from his tenure with Bishop’s University and the Montreal Alouettes. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Studies he adopts a holistic approach to athletic development, emphasizing the integration of physical, mental, and emotional well-being to optimize performance. Committed to excellence, Coach Lyph fosters a supportive and dynamic training environment that empowers athletes to reach their full potential.

Katelyn Cullen is an English teacher at Lennoxville Prep, bringing five years of dedicated teaching experience to her students. A graduate of Ottawa University, she is known for her caring, observant, and patient approach, fostering a supportive learning environment. Katelyn is passionate about inspiring a love of learning and helping each student reach their full potential.

Coach Julien has been with the program through it’s inception. he specializes in skill development and talent identification. Julien is also a NCCP Level 2 certified coach and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Studies. Julien also has 4 years of experience as an Assistant Coach at the USPORTS level. He has also been a part of the Champlain Cougars dynasty that has controlled basketball in the Sherbrooke area for the last decade.
